Sketchamaze!: Bonus Level Unlockables

In my maze game, a feature I would like to implement is a special Bonus level after completion of 10 levels.

The completion of 10 levels will result in a special bonus level to play, where the design of the level will be changed, as this is an early development feature, only a few different designs have been created.
These are:
• 10 levels – Default Flipped: level walls will be scribbled barriers and not blocks and the player will no longer be a scribble but will be a block.
• 20 levels – Design Block: The walls will all be random design blocks, so it will look very messy and jumbled.
• 30 levels – Coloured Walls: Walls will be filled in with coloured pencil.
• 40 levels – Torn Walls: The level walls will not be drawn but will be torn pieces of paper, so the torn edges will define the walls.

During the bonus levels that the player gets to play every 10 levels, they will be able to unlock the designs of the level, from the walls, character design, and any other special designs. To unlock these features the player will have to find and search for a special object within the bonus levels.

  • 10 levels – Default Flipped: The player will have to search for the original scribble character to unlock the designs of this level

  • 20 levels – Design Block: The player will have to search for a small piece of a design block to unlock the designs of this level.

  • 30 levels – Coloured Walls: The player will have to search for a pencil crayon to unlock the designs of this level.

  • 40 levels – Torn Walls: The player will have to search for some scissors to unlock the designs of this level.

When the player collects these objects they will unlock the designs and they will be able to customise the look of the levels for the free play category.
